All photographs, video footage, and creative content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Catalina Studios. All rights are reserved. Viewing content on this site does not transfer any ownership or usage rights to the viewer.
Catalina Studios licenses content — it does not sell it. All usage rights are limited strictly to the scope, medium, territory, and duration defined in a written licensing agreement. Any use beyond those terms requires a separate license and written approval prior to publication.
Licensed content may only be used for the specific purpose outlined in your agreement (e.g., editorial, commercial, social media, print). Sublicensing, reselling, or transferring rights to a third party is prohibited without prior written consent from Catalina Studios.

For commissioned shoots, Catalina Studios retains the copyright to all images and footage captured unless a full buyout is expressly negotiated and agreed upon in writing before the shoot date. Delivery of final files does not imply transfer of copyright.
